Traditional Scottish shortbread, made with just five ingredients: butter, sugar, plain flour, rice flour, and a pinch of salt. No preservatives, no nonsense.
Each tin contains approximately 350g of shortbread, hand-cut into 8 fingers and layered in greaseproof paper. The tins are reusable, handy for buttons, biscuits, or whatever needs a home.
Best enjoyed within 4 weeks. Store somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight.
